I am in my capstone class for a master’s degree in public administration. It’s my final class and I graduate in December. I’m retired, so the only concrete benefit will be a $2 per hour raise when I teach at EFSC. The intangibles include the never-ending quest for knowledge. I love to learn, and I ask tons of questions due to my curiosity. I firmly believe education is the key to understanding and kindness. The more we learn about the world, the more we realize that we are all alike, and want the same things: security, peace, and happiness. I enjoy learning about cultures and traditions.
I am in a constant state of defining my peace. I crave peace and silence in my anxiety-riddled brain.
